Rescue is now 100% employee-owned

We're excited to share a big announcement: As of January 1, 2024, Rescue Agency transitioned to 100% employee ownership.

As an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), this shift strengthens our commitment to our clients and the communities we serve by allowing our talented team of change agents to be directly invested in the success of our projects and partnerships. This change is an important step forward in cementing our future as an independent agency focused exclusively on positive social change campaigns.

Our operations and high-quality services will remain unchanged. CEO Kristin Carroll, President & Founder Jeff Jordan, and our leadership team will continue to drive forward our mission of making healthy behaviors easier and more appealing for everyone.
